Quality Policy
The quality and reliability of our company's products are the concern of every person in the organisation and not just the sole responsibility of Quality Assurance personnel. In-built quality starts with design and development and continues right through all subsequent phases; it is dependent on the skill and accuracy both collectively and individually of the people making the product, therefore every employee is responsible not only for his or her own input but for the total integrity of the part as it passes through their control.
Each production unit is responsible for manufacturing the scheduled quantity, in the required time, at the required quality level. Consequently, a MAKE IT RIGHT FIRST TIME approach is the key to quality production, cost reduction, productivity, customer and employee satisfaction.
To help achieve this objective, quality problems arising in various areas are to be identified and solved with speed, technical efficiency, and economy. The methods employed are to be kept under review and techniques improved on a continual basis.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT is essential to our success. We must strive for excellence in everything we do: in our products, in their safety and value – and in our services, our human relations, our competitiveness and our profitability.
QUALITY ASSURANCE means exactly what it implies: assurance that the quality and service level meets or exceeds the customers expectations as agreed in the contract. This applying equally to internal and external customers of our company.
